WORD SPIN a Top 10 Finalist for 2009 Best Word Game App!

In 2009, an astounding 75,000+ apps for the iPhone and iPod Touch were released. One of these was our game, WORD SPIN®, released in late October. We experienced some phenomenal success, being featured in the iTunes store, as well as receiving very favorable reviews by some major blogs and websites. In December, Best App Ever began by taking nominations in a wide-ranging 56 categories of iPhone applications, in order to find the “Best” apps of 2009. WORD SPIN was honored to place as one of the Top 10 Best Word Games in the nomination phase of the awards!

The Best App Ever Awards were created by 148 Apps to celebrate and honor the best iPhone apps and games available, as chosen by users, along with iPhone bloggers and industry people. Their goal is to help publicize the very best apps available, not just the best-selling apps.

Final voting for all categories was open during the month of January. Winners (one for each category, including Best Word Game) will be announced on February 10th at the 2010 Macworld Expo in San Francisco.
